  • 5 nectarines
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 100 g oats
  • 80 g almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g butter cold

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, heat up and down.
  • Wash the nectarines and cut them into cubes. Put them in a bowl, add a tablespoon of cornstarch and sugar and set aside.
  • In a bowl prepare the crumble mix: mix the oats, flour, salt, cinnamon and butter cut into cubes and with your hands, incorporate the butter until it becomes a sandy texture.
  • In a cast iron pan or a normal pan, add the fruit to the base, then the crumble mix and optionally sprinkle with sugar on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the fruits start to boil and the crust becomes golden and crispy.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve with a cup of ice cream!
    Good appetite! :)
