Nectarine crumble
Crispy, delicious, sweet served both hot and cold, it can be a perfect choice for breakfast or dessert, along with, of course, a cup of ice cream.

- 5 nectarines
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 100 g oats
- 80 g almond flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g butter cold
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, heat up and down.
Wash the nectarines and cut them into cubes. Put them in a bowl, add a tablespoon of cornstarch and sugar and set aside.
In a bowl prepare the crumble mix: mix the oats, flour, salt, cinnamon and butter cut into cubes and with your hands, incorporate the butter until it becomes a sandy texture.
In a cast iron pan or a normal pan, add the fruit to the base, then the crumble mix and optionally sprinkle with sugar on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the fruits start to boil and the crust becomes golden and crispy.
Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve with a cup of ice cream!Good appetite! :)
