Pentru un iubitor de ciocolata ce poate fi mai perfect decat un mic dejun care sa o contina?

Si da, asa este, puteti avea terciul combinat in mai multe variante, dupa propriul gust. Baza terciului de obicei sunt fulgii de ovaz si apa/laptele, insa asta nu inseamna ca nu putem adauga aromele preferate in cratita, pentru a ne crea un mic dejun, gustos, delicios, decadent si chiar sanatos.

De aceasta data tot ce a fost extra nevoie pentru aceasta reteta este o lingura de cacao pudra si cativa fulgi de ciocolata deasupra care sa imbine perfect gustul.

Ca si topping eu am folosit fructe de sezon, cele pe care le gasiti acum in piete, supermaketuri sau la taranii de la marginea drumului (daca stati in provincie, stiti drumul spre Bucuresti de acasa va face sa va opriti pentru provizii). 🙂

Mic dejun delicios, cu gust de ciocolata, o varianta sanatoasa, satioasa, numai buna de servit dimineata!

Ingredients

  • 100 g fulgi de ovaz
  • 150 ml lapte vegetal
  • 100 ml apa sau puteti adauga mai mult lapte
  • 1 lingura cacao
  • 1 lingura sirop de artar
  • 1 praf sare

Instructions

  • Intr-o cratita punem toate ingredientele si lasam la foc mic aproximativ 4-5 minute, amestecand ocazional, pana cand se absoarbe 80% din lichid.
  • Transfera ovazul intr-un bol si adauga topping-ul preferat. Eu am adaugat fructe de sezon: capsuni, cirese, nectarine si cateva bucati de ciocolata.

Ingredients

  • 100 g oats
  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 ml water or you can add more milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until 80% of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Transfer the oats to a bowl and add your favorite topping. I added seasonal fruits: strawberries, cherries, nectarines and a few pieces of chocolate.
