Cel mai usor si rapid terci de ovaz pe care il vei indragi si care iti va da energia necesara pentru o noua zi. Pentru reusita si gustul desavarsit este nevoie de un topping perfect format din fructe, cateva bucati de ciocolata si sirop de artar.

Nu stiu voi cum sunteti, dar eu, in zilele ploioase, tot ce imi doresc este un mic dejun cald, acel “comfort food” care sa ma faca sa ma dau jos din pat si sa imi dea o stare de bine.

Ingredients

  • 70 g ovaz
  • 200 ml lapte la alegere
  • 1 lingura sirop de artar
  • 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
  • un praf de sare

Pentru topping

  • 1/2 banana
  • 5 capsune
  • 1 lingurita seminte de chia
  • 3-4 bucati ciocolata
  • 1 lingura fulgi de cocos

Instructions

  • Intr-o cratita, adaugam toate ingredientele. Amestecam ocazional, timp de 7-8 minute sau pana cand 80% din lichid este absorbit.
  • Se transfera intr-un bol si se asezoneaza cu topping-ul favorit.

  • pinch of salt

For topping

  • 1/2 banana
  • 5 fresh strawberries
  • 3-4 pieces chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, add all the ingredients. Stir occasionally for 7-8 minutes or until 80% of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Transfer to a bowl and season with your favorite topping.
