Tarta cu ciocolata si fructe de padure / Chocolate tart with berries jam (no bake)

O tarta cu ciocolata si fructe proaspete, este tot ce ai nevoie cand nu ai timpul necesar pentru a coace sau a framanta ore intregi atunci cand prietenii sau familia bat la usa.

Este atat de bogata in gust, prin combinatia de crusta crocanta de biscuiti, umplutura de crema de ciocolata si fructe, atat in compozitie, cat si cele fresh adaugate pentru ornare, incat pana si cel mai mofturos prieten va spune ca mai vrea o portie! 🙂

Tarta cu ciocolata si fructe de padure (fara coacere)

Rapid, usor si delicios…asa as descrie aceasta tarta. Vrei ceva rapid, fara coacere si ce nu necesita multa munca? Am pentru tine o varianta de tarta cu ciocolata si fructe de padure, pentru zilele cand nu vrei sa pui cuptorul in functiune sau sa framanti aluat.

Ingredients

Crusta de biscuiti

  • 300 g biscuiti
  • 150 g unt topit sau ulei de cocos
  • 50 g zahar

Umplutura de ciocolata

  • 350 g ciocolata
  • 150 ml frisca
  • 50 g unt

Gemul de fructe de padure

  • 300 g fructe de padure congelate
  • 70 g zahar pudra optional

Topping (optional/la alegere)

  • capsuni proaspete optional

Instructions

Crusta de biscuiti

  • Intr-un mixer/procesator de alimente adaugam biscuitii pe care ii mixam/pulsam pana se macina foarte fin. Adaugam uleiul/untul topit si amestecam pana se formeaza o bila, usor umezita.
  • Intr-o tava de tarta (eu am folosit una de tort cu fund detasabil, ca mi s-a parut mai usor, insa data viitoare voi folosi forma de tarta pentru un aspect mai frumos 🙂 ), adaugam biscuitii si ii presam bine cu ajutorul unei linguri sau cu mana. Dam la frigider cat pregatim umplutura.

Umplutura de ciocolata

  • Tocam ciocolata bucatele mai mici si o punem intr-un bol rezistent la caldura.
  • Intr-o cratita punem frisca si untul si amestecam pana se topeste untul. Compozitia obtinuta, o turnam peste ciocolata. Amestecam pentru a incorpora si lasam sa se raceasca.

Gemul de fructe de padure

  • Intr-o cratita adaugam fructele congelate si zaharul pudra. Le lasam sa se dezghete complet, amestecand ocazional, sa nu se lipeasca. Daca vi se pare ca se lipeste adaugam treptat cate o lingura de apa.
  • Lasam sa se raceasta inainte de a asambla tarta.

Asamblare

  • Scoatem tarta de la fridiger, turnam gemul de fructe, intindem proportional pe toata suprafata tartei. Adaugam si crema de ciocolata si dam la frigider pentru aproximativ 4 ore sau peste noapte.
  • Inainte de servire, scoatem de la frigider, adaugam capsunile proaspete si apoi savuram! 🙂 (Acest pas este optional. Se poate servi si fara extra fructe adaugate sau putem adauga orice combinatie ne dorim)

Notes

*Daca nu aveti procesator de alimente, puteti pune biscutii intr-o punga, o sigilati si ii presati cu ajutorul unui sucitor sau cu ajutorul mainilor, mai ales daca sunt unii care se sfarama foarte usor.
**Gemul de fructe se poate prepara si cu fructe proaspete, adaugand in locul zaharului pudra, zahar tos.

Ingredients

Biscuit crust

  • 300 g biscuits
  • 150 g butter or coconut oil melted
  • 50 g sugar

Chocolate filling

  • 350 g chocolate
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 50 g butter

Berries Jam

  • 300 g frozen berries
  • 70 g powdered sugar

Topping (optional)

  • fresh strawberries

Instructions

Biscuits crust

  • Place the biscuits in a food processor and pulse until they become finely ground. Add in the oil and the sugar and mix to combine and form a ball, slightly moistened.
  • Press the mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Place it in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up before adding the filling.

Chocolate filling

  • In a medium heatproof bowl, place chopped chocolate. Set aside. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the heavy cream and butter to a low boil. Remove from the heat and pour mixture over the chocolate. Let stand for 1 minute
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the heavy cream and butter to a low boil. Remove from the heat and pour mixture over the chocolate and mix until the chocolate is melted. Set aside and allow to cool

Berries jam

  • In a saucepan, add in the frozen berries and sugar and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Set aside to cool, before assembling.

Assembling

  • Pour the berries jam as first layer over the crust. Then put the chocolate filling and return the fridge. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, top with strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into small slices and enjoy!

Notes

* If you do not have a food processor, you can put the biscuits in a bag, seal it and squeeze them with the help of a rolling pic or with the help of the hands, especially if there are some biscuits that shatter very easily.
