Perfect pentru micul dejun dar si pentru atunci cand vrei o gustare rapida, acest smoothie este rapid si cu ingrediente la indemana. Asa ca tot ce ai nevoie sunt 2 banane, un strop de lapte, o lingura mare de fulgi de cocos si un blender care sa prepare totul pentru tine.

Eu am ales sa il servesc cu fructe proaspete si cateva seminte de chia, insa tine numai de tine daca vrei sa il servesti ca si bautura sau in bol.

Ingredients
- 1 banana congelata
- 1 banana la temperatura camerei
- 30 ml lapte de soia
- 1 lingura fulgi de cocos
Instructions
- Punem in blender bananele si laptele si blenduim pana devine cremos.
- Turnam totul in bol, adaugam o lingur de fulgi de cocos si amestecam.
- Servim cu fructele preferate, seminte de chia si extra fulgi de cocos.
Notes
*Daca vreti sa fie o bautura delicioasa, puteti pune cantitate dubla de lapte, atat cat sa aiba consistenta mai lichida.

Instructions
