Salata de halloumi cu piersici

Daca sunteti fani halloumi si piersici, cele doua combinate se pot transforma intr-un pranz delicios pentru voi: salata de halloumi cu spanac, rosii, cateva fire de ceapa rosie/alba, piersici usor coapte si un dressing simplu din ulei si zeama de lamaie. Puteti adauga semintele preferate si orice alt ingredient va tenteaza si aveti la indemana: porumb, masline, poate si niste afine pentru a face salata si mai fresh si sanatoasa pentru voi.

Eu am pregatit halloumi pe tigaia grill, dar merge foarte ok facut si la cuptor sau intr-o tigaie normala sau foarte bine pe gratar daca aveti posibilitatea. Branza halloumi pentru mine este o alternativa mult mai usoara, cu un gust delicat, usor sarat ce poate fi usor combinat in burgeri, salate sau mancat simplu poate cu niste hummus si legume proaspete alaturi.

Piersicile pot fi folosite proaspete sau usor coapte in tigaia in care s-a pregatit halloumi-ul. Eu am ales a doua varianta, ca am vrut sa aiba un gust asemanator cu cel al branzei si sa fie mai moi.

Va plac piersicile? Halloumi va tenteaza? Atunci ce ziceti de o salata usoara, de vara, in care sa combinati cele doua ingrediente. Usor de facut, super gustos si fara prea multe ingrediente, va garantez ca merita incercata.

Ingredients

  • 1 bucata halloumi
  • 1-2 piersici
  • o mana plina de spanac
  • 1/2 ceapa rosie/alba
  • 4-5 rosii cherry
  • 1/2 lamaie stoarsa
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline
  • 1 lingurita otet balsamic optional
  • sare
  • piper
  • mix de seminte optional

Instructions

  • Taiem halloumi felii si il lasam sa se scurga bine de apa sau il stergem cu ajutorul unor servetele de bucatarie, pentru a elimina excesul de apa.
  • Piersicile le spalam si le taiem felii de aproximativ 0.5cm.
  • Ungem o tigaie grill cu ulei de masline si adaugam halloumi. Intoarcem dupa 1-2 minute sau cand halloumi devine usor crocant si gatim si pe partea cealalta.
  • Dupa ce halloumi este gata, adaugam piersicile. Eu am ales sa coc si piersicile, insa le puteti lasa si proaspete.
  • Intr-un bol adaugam spanacul, rosiile cherry taiate cubulete, ceapa.
  • Intr-un bol mic sau intr-un pahar pregatim dressing-ul: amestecam uleiul, zeama de lamaie, otetul balsamic (daca alegeti sa puneti), sarea si piperul dupa gust. Turnam totul peste mixul de salata si amestecam.
  • Adaugam halloumi, piersicile si semintele si servim cald cu crutoane sau simpla!

Peach halloumi salad

Do you love peaches? Are you tempted by halloumi? How about a easy summer salad, in which to combine the two ingredients? Easy to make, super tasty and without too many ingredients, I guarantee it's worth a try.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of halloumi
  • 1-2 peaches
  • handful of spinach
  • 1/2 red/white onion
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar optional
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mix of seeds

Instructions

  • Slice halloumi and let it drain well or wipe it with kitchen towels to remove excess water.
  • Wash the peaches and cut them into slices of about 0.5 cm.
  • Grease a grill pan with olive oil and add halloumi. Cook on both sides until the halloumi becomes slightly crispy.
  • After the halloumi is ready, add the peaches into the pan. I also chose to bake the peaches, but you can leave them fresh if you like it.
  • In a bowl add the spinach, diced cherry tomatoes, onions.
  • In a small bowl or in a glass prepare the dressing: mix the oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar (if you choose to put), salt and pepper to taste. Pour everything over the salad and mix.
  • Add halloumi, peaches and seeds and serve hot with croutons or plain!
