Am incercat o noua varianta de pancakes, iar de aceasta data am ales pancakes cu ricotta. O reteta care devine una dintre favorite, asta pentru ca sunt pufoase, gustoase, satioase si perfecte pentru micul dejun sau brunch.

Compozitia este foarte simpla de facut, cu ingrediente la indemana si modul de preparare este rapid, maxim 2 minute pe fiecare parte. Eu am pus lamaie si esenta de vanilie in compozitie, insa daca preferi sa le manaci sarate, poti omite vanilia si zaharul si sunt o varianta usor de combinat cu branzeturi, alaturi de oua sau alte preferinte pe care le ai pentru micul dejun/brunch.

Aceste clatite cu ricotta au ajuns preferatele mele din toate timpurile. Asta pentru ca sunt delicioase, pufoase si perfecte pentru micul dejun sau brunch!

Ingredients

  • 225 g faina
  • 130 ml lapte
  • 177 g ricotta
  • 2 oua la temperatura camerei
  • 1 1/2 lingurita praf de copt
  • 1 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu
  • 1 lingurita sare
  • 2 lingurite esenta de vanilie
  • 1 lingura suc de lamaie
  • 3 linguri zahar brun

Instructions

  • Intr-un bol mixeaza impreuna faina cernuta, praful de copt, bicarbonatul, sarea si zaharul.
  • Intr-un bol mediu mixeaza ricotta, laptele, ouale, vanilia si sucul de lamaie. Adauga mixul de faina in compozitie si amesteca totul cu o spatula pana este bine incoporat
  • Preincalzeste o tigaie la foc mic-mediu si adauga o lingurita de ulei. Elimina excesul cu ajutorul unui servetel de bucatarie.
  • Adauga 2 linguri de compozitie si intinde usor pana creezi o forma rotunda a clatitei. Lasa 1 – 2 minute si intoarce clatita. Gateste inca un minut pana este gata.
  • Serveste alaturi de fructe proaspete, miere, sirop de artar sau orice topping preferi sau ai la indemana! 🙂

These ricotta pancakes have become my all-time favorites. That's because they are delicious, fluffy and perfect for breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients

  • 225 g flour
  • 130 ml milk of choice
  • 177 g ricotta
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
  • In a medium bowl, mix ricotta, milk, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Add the flour mixture to the composition and mix everything with a rubber spatula until well incorporated
  • Preheat a pan over low-medium heat and add a teaspoon of oil. Remove excess with a kitchen napkin.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of the composition and spread lightly until you create a round shape of the pancake. Leave for 1-2 minutes and turn the pancake. Cook for another minute until ready.
  • Serve with fresh fruit, honey, maple syrup or any topping you prefer or have at hand! 🙂
