Pizza cu blat de naut / Chickpea pizza

Imi place sa testez tot felul de retete, noi gusturi, noi combinatii de ingrediente. Iar daca sunt si usor de facut si rapide, sunt o idee excelenta pentru a avea o masa rapida si sanatoasa in acelasi timp.

Aceasta pizza cu blat de naut imi facea demult cu ochiul si imi doream sa testez aceasta reteta, deaorece este o varianta fara gluten, mult mai sanatoasa si mult mai usor de facut.

Tot ce ai nevoie sunt 4 ingrediente si 30 de minute in bucatarie, daca includem si timpul de pregatire a topping-ului.

Faina de naut gasiti in orice supermarket, dar si online. Eu am folosit varianta de la Solaris.

Pentru a coace blatul, am folosit o tava dreptunghiulara 30cm*24cm cu peretii mai inalti. Ca si topping eu am folosit o varianta usoara prin care am incercat sa salve niste ardei, mozarella, ceapa verde. Insa cu siguranta orice topping este perfect.

Ce ziceti de o pizza fara drojdie, fara gluten si gata in 30 de minute? Am mai jos o varianta de blat de pizza cu faina de naut, pentru care a fost nevoie de doar 4 ingrediente si 10 minute la cuptor.

Ingredients

Blat

  • 250 g faina
  • 250 ml apa calduta
  • 1 lingurita praf de copt
  • 1/2 lingurita sare

Topping la alegere

  • mozarella
  • ardei gras
  • ceapa verde
  • sos de rosii
  • 1 catel de usturoi optional

Instructions

  • Intr-un bol combina faina, praful de copt si sarea. Amesteca si ulterior adauga apa calduta. Continua sa amesteci pana se incorporeaza.
  • Intr-o tava dreptunghiulara, cu peretii inalti pune hartie de copt si adauga compozitia. Compozitia seamana cumva cu cea de clatite, asa ca nu te speria daca ti se pare prea lichida.
  • Preincalzeste cuptorul la 200°C si lasa compozitia pentru 10 minute.
  • Adauga sosul de rosii (eu am avut un sos de rosii cumparat, peste care am adaugat un catel de usturoi pisat) si topping-ul si da iar la cuptor pentru inca 10-12 minute.

Ingredients

Pizza crust

  • 250 g all purpose flour
  • 250 ml warm water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Topping (of choice)

  • mozzarela
  • red bell pepper
  • green onion
  • tomato sauce
  • 1 garlic cloves optional

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir and then add warm water. Continue to stir until incorporated.
  • In a rectangular tray (30cm*24cm) with high walls put baking paper and add the composition. The composition is somewhat similar to that of pancakes, so don't be scared if it seems too liquid. 🙂
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and leave the composition for 10 minutes to bake.
  • Add the tomato sauce (I had prepared tomato sauce, over which I added one clove garlic crushed) and the topping and put it back in the oven for another 10-12 minutes.
