Nu mai putem merge la cinema sa vedem un film si sa mancam nachos pe nerasuflate? Nicio problema, facem nachos acasa, iar in cateva minute, pana alegi filmul ai si portia de nachos pregatita…desiguuur, cu sosul de branza care te face sa te lingi pe degete si sa spui mai vreau!

Noi am creat o seara de film cu tot ce trebuie, nachos cu rosii, ardei si avocado, peste care am turnat din plin sosul. Ca si branza am ales cheddar, insa se poate realiza si cu mix de branzeturi, cum ar fi emmental, mozzarela, cheddar.

Ingredients

Pentru sosul de branza

  • 50 g unt
  • 1 lingura faina
  • 1 cana lapte
  • 200 g cheddar ras
  • 1/2 lingurita sare
  • 1/4 lingurita piper
  • 1/2 lingurita boia dulce

Pentru nachos

  • 5-6 rosii cherry
  • 1/4 ardei rosu gras
  • 1/4 ardei verde gras
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cana cheddar

Instructions

  • Intr-o cratita punem la foc mic untul pe care il lasam sa se topeasca.
  • Adaugam o lingura de faina cu varf si amestecam pana se omogenizeaza si incepe sa fiarba usor.
  • Adaugati laptele si continuati sa amestecati pana se ingroasa usor, timp de aproximativ 5 minute, la foc mediu.
  • Dati de pe foc, adaugati treptat branza rasa si amestecati pana se topeste.
  • Taiati rosiile si ardeii cubulete, iar avocado-ul felii.
  • Pe un platou, adaugati nachos, o parte din cheddar-ul ras, jumatate din legume si 2 linguri din sosul de branza. Repetati pasul cu inca un strat de nachos, legume si sos.

Ingredients

Cheese sauce

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 200 g cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika

Nachos

  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 green bell pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cheddar

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, heat the butter and let it melt.
  • Add a tablespoon of flour and mix until smooth and begin to boil slightly.
  • Add the milk and continue to mix until it thickens slightly, for about 5 minutes, over medium heat.
  • Remove from the heat, gradually add the grated cheese and stir until it melts.
  • Cut the tomatoes and peppers into cubes and slice the avocado.
  • On a plate, add nachos, part of the grated cheddar, half of the vegetables and 2 tablespoons of the cheese sauce. Repeat the step with another layer of nachos, vegetables and sauce.
