Muffins cu ciocolata sau chocolate chips muffins sunt unul dintre deserturile cel mai rapid de facut si care sa pastreaza foarte usor. Perfecte alaturi de cafea sau ceai, ele sunt pe gustul oricui.

Sunt pufoase, se pastreaza foarte bine in caserole vidate sau chiar la temperatura camerei pentru 3-4 zile si merg foarte bine servite dimineata alaturi de cafea, ceai sau ca si desert atunci cand ai pofta de dulce. Reteta o poti folosi si in combinatie cu fructe, atat proaspete, cat si congelate, alune, nuci, stafide, ciocolata alba sau neagra, chipsuri de ciocolata, asa ca sigur satisfac orice pofticios.

Ingredients

  • 114 g unt la temperatura camerei
  • 200 g zahar
  • 2 oua mari la temperatura camerei
  • 60 g smantana grasa
  • 1 lingurita esenta vanilie
  • 250 g faina
  • 2 lingurite bicarbonat sodiu
  • 1 lingurita sare
  • 1 lingurita scortisoara optional
  • 120 g lapte
  • 150 g ciocolata maruntita

Instructions

  • Preincalzeste cuptorul la 180 grade Celsius.
  • Intr-un bol adauga untul si zaharul si mixeaza pana devie cremos. Adauga oule, cate unul, pe rand si mixeaza in continuare.
  • Adauga smantana si vanilia.
  • Intr-un bol separat, combina ingredientele uscate: faina, scortisoara, sarea, bicarbonatul.
  • Adauga jumatate din compozitia de faina peste amestecul de unt si incorporeaza cu ajutorul unei spatule.
  • Adauga lapte si incorporeaza.
  • Adauga restul de faina si amesteca pana se incorporeaza. Nu amesteca mai mult, deoarece nu vor iesi pufoase.
  • Maruntim ciocolata sau adaugati chips-urile de ciocolata amestecand cu o spatula de silicon. Puteti pastra o parte pentru a adauga deasupra.
  • Umplem forma de briose aproximativ 3/4 astfel incat sa ramana spatiu sa creasca. Adaugam bucatele de ciocolata deasupra.
  • Dam la cuptor pentru aproximativ 20-25 minute.

  • 60 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 250 g all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 120 g milk
  • 150 g chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In a bowl add the butter and sugar and mix until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, and continue mixing.
  • Add sour cream and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda.
  • Add half of the flour composition over the butter mixture and incorporate with a spatula.
  • Add milk and mix.
  • Add the rest of the flour and mix until incorporated. Do not over mix, because they will not come out fluffy.
  • Chop grind the chocolate and incorporate it into the composition. You can keep a side to add on top.
  • Fill the form of muffins about 3/4 so that there is room to grow. Add the chocolate pieces on top.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
