Am schimbat reteta originala de Shakshuka cu sos tomato si ardei iute si am inlocuit-o cu un mix de legume verzi, luand astfel nastere aceasta Green Shakshuka. Mai exact am facut o combinatie de zuchinni, spanac si mazare peste care am adaugat ouale si aceleasi condimente tipice retetei traditionale.

Ce imi place la aceasta combinatie este ca poti fi cat de creativ vrei cu ingredientele si legumele pe care le ai la indemana, creand astfel o reteta adaptabila gustului fiecaruia. De asemenea, eu nu exclud din reteta de Shakshuka branza. 🙂 Mi se pare ca ii da un gust altfel combinata cu legumele si ouale.

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cana mazare congelata
  • 100 g spanac
  • 1 ceapa
  • 2 cepe verzi
  • 2 catei de usturoi
  • 4 oua
  • 1/2 lingurita chimion
  • 1/2 lingurita boia dulce
  • sare, piper dupa gust
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline
  • patrunjel optional
  • 50 g branza optional

Instructions

  • Pentru inceput, vom da zucchini pe razatoare si il vom lasa la scurs intr-o sita.
  • Intre timp, pregatim restul ingredientelor. Taiem ceapa felii, atat cea galbena, cat si cea verde, pisam usturoiul si tocam spanacul.
  • Intr-o tigaie, incingem 2 linguri de ulei, adaugam ceapa si lasam la calit pana devina translucida.
  • Stoarcem bine zucchini si il adaugam in tigaie. Il lasam 4-5 minute sa se gateasca. Ulterior, adaugam mazarea si lasam sa se gateasca impreuna, inca 5 minute.
  • La final adaugam spanacul si mai amestecam pana devine moale. Adaugam condimentele si lasam inca cateva minute sa se gateasca la foc mic.
  • Creati 4 gauri mici in compozitie, si spargeti ouale.
  • Gatiti pana ouale sunt facute dupa gustul vostru. In acest pas, puteti pune un capac sau puteti lasa la cuptor pentru cateva minute pana se gatesc.

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 100 g spinach
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • parsley
  • 50 g cheese

Instructions

  • Shave the zucchini and let it drain in a sieve.
  • Chop onion, green onions spinach and garlic.
  • In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add the onion and let it cook until it becomes translucent.
  • Squeeze the zucchini well and add it to the pan. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes and stir continuously. Then add the frozen peas and let them cook together for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the shopped spinach and stir until soft. Add the spices and let it cook for a few more minutes on low heat.
  • Create 4 small wells in the composition, and break the eggs into each one.
  • Cook until the eggs are made to your liking. In this step, you can put a lid or leave it in the oven for a few minutes until cooked.
