O granola la indemana mereu este o idee buna pentru micul tau dejun sau atunci cand vrei un snack rapid si sanatos. Fie ca alegi varianta de a o combina cu iaurt si fructe proaspete sau cu lapte, sau de ce nu, pur si simplu cand vrei un desert “crunchy”, o poti adauga peste inghetata preferata.

Mi-am facut propria reteta de granola, fara nuci, fara ulei , cu banane, cocos si gust de ciocolata, insa voi puteti folosi orice fel de seminte, nuci sau chiar ciocolata in reteta voastra (pe care o adaugati doar la final, sa nu se topeasca in cuptor), depinde si de gustul preferat.

Eu nu mananc nuci, alune, migdale si dupa cum veti observa multe dintre retetele mele nu contin aceste ingrediente, insa voi puteti fi creativi si adaugati ce va place! 🙂

Ingredients

  • 2 banana coapte
  • 2 linguri cacao
  • 1 lingura esenta de vanilie
  • 50 g sirop de artar
  • 130 g fulgi de ovaz
  • 5 linguri fulgi de cocos
  • 2 linguri merisoare uscate optional
  • 2 linguri chipsuri de cocos optional
  • 1 lingurita scortisoara
  • 2 linguri amestec de seminte
  • 1/2 lingurita sare

Instructions

  • Preincalzim cuptorul la 180 de grade Celsius, caldura jos, sus.
  • Intr-un bol combinam fulgii de ovaz, fulgii de cocos, scortisoara, semintele, merisoarele uscate si praful de sare.
  • Separat, intr-un bol pisam bine bananele, adaugam siropul de artar, vanilia si cele 2 linguri de cacao. Amestecam sa combinam.
  • Adaugam mixul de ovaz peste cel de banana si ametecam sa incorporam bine astfel incat sa nu mai ramana fulgi uscati.
  • Tapetam cu hartie o tava de copt (eu am avut una de 30*20cm) si adaugam mixul obtinut, formand un strat uniform.
  • Dam la cuptor, pentru 30 de minute, amestecand compozitia din 10 in 10 minute, astfel incat sa devine crocanta si sa se coaca uniform. In ultimele 10 minute, putem adauga si chipsurile de cocos, optional.
  • Lasam sa se raceasca si servim, fie cu lapte sau cu iaurtul preferat si fructe.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 50 g maple syrup
  • 130 g oats
  • 5 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries optional
  • 2 tbsp coconut chips optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees, heat down, up.
  • In a bowl, combine oats, coconut flakes, cinnamon, seeds, dried cranberries and salt powder.
  • In another bowl grind the bananas very well, add the maple syrup, vanilla and the 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Stir to combine.
  • Add the oatmeal mixture over the banana mixture and stir to incorporate well so that there are no dry flakes left.
  • Prepare a baking tray with paper (I had a 30 * 20cm tray) and add the obtained mixture, forming a uniform layer.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, stirring the composition every 10 minutes, so that it becomes crispy and bakes evenly. In the last 10 minutes, you can add coconut chips, optionally.
  • Let cool and serve with milk or your favorite yogurt and fresh fruits.
