Romana
Crumble cu capsuni si afine
Ingredients
- 300 g capsuni
- 100 g afine sau puteti pune 400g capsuni
- 100 g faina
- 100 g unt rece
- 100 g ovaz
- 70 g zahar
- 1 lingura scortisoara optional
- 1 lingura amidon de porumb sau faina
Instructions

Strawberries and blueberries crumble
Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries
- 100 g frozen blueberries or you can use 400 g strawberries instead of 300
- 100 g all purpose flour
- 100 g butter cold
- 100 g oats
- 70 g sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon optional
- 1 tbsp cornstarch or flour
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and cut them into small cubes. Put them into a bowl, together with half the amount of sugar (35 g).
- In another bowl add flour and cold butter, cut into cubes. Knead to incorporate the butter, until we have a sandy texture. Do not knead too much, we do not want to have a dough.
- Add in the oats, remaining sugar and cinnamon and mix to combine.
- Over the strawberries add the frozen fruits and the tablespoon of starch/flour. Mix well to combine everything.
- In a heat-resistant bowl, pour the fruit mixture at the base and the crumble mix on top. If necessary, you can add another teaspoon of sugar on top.
- Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, for about 40-50 minutes or until golden brown on the top and the fruits begins to boil.
- Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with ice cream, yogurt or even whipped cream.
