M-am indragostit de crumble de la prima reteta facuta, de textura lui crocanta, gustul dulce si faptul ca poate fi servit atat cald cat si rece, asa ca nu se putea sa nu repet experienta, de aceasta data cu o reteta un pic diferita.
Am ales sa folosesc alt fruct de sezon, pentru ca tot avem din plin la indemana si am ales nectarinele, sunt mai zemoase si mai dulci, ca pe gustul meu, iar in locul fainii albe, am folosit faina de migdale.

Crumble cu nectarine
Crocant, delicios, dulce servit atat cald cat si rece, poate fi o varianta perfecta de mic dejun sau desert, alaturi, desigur, de o cupa de inghetata.

Ingredients
- 5 nectarine
- 1 lingura amidon de porumb
- 1 lingura zahar brun
- 100 g fulgi de ovaz
- 80 g faina de migdale
- 1/2 lingurita sare
- 1/2 lingurita scortisoara
- 100 g unt rece
Instructions
- Preincalzim cuptorul la 180 de grade Celsius, caldura jos-sus.
- Spalam nectarinele si le taiem cubulete. Le punem intr-un bol, adaugam lingura de amidon si zaharul si lasam deoparte.
- Intr-un bol pregatim mixul de crumble: amestecam ovazul, faina, praful de sare, scortisoara si untul si cu ajutorul mainilor, incorporam untul, pana devine o textura nisipoasa.
- Intr-o tava sau tigaie de fonta adaugam la baza fructele, apoi mixul de crumble si optional presaram cu zahar pe deasupra.
- Dam la cuptor pentru 30-35 minute pana fructele incep sa fiarba iar crusta devine aurie si crocanta.
- Lasam sa se raceasca 10 minute si servim alaturi de o cupa de inghetata! Pofta buna! 🙂

Crispy, delicious, sweet served both hot and cold, it can be a perfect choice for breakfast or dessert, along with, of course, a cup of ice cream.

Ingredients
- 5 nectarines
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 100 g oats
- 80 g almond flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g butter cold
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, heat up and down.
- Wash the nectarines and cut them into cubes. Put them in a bowl, add a tablespoon of cornstarch and sugar and set aside.
- In a bowl prepare the crumble mix: mix the oats, flour, salt, cinnamon and butter cut into cubes and with your hands, incorporate the butter until it becomes a sandy texture.
- In a cast iron pan or a normal pan, add the fruit to the base, then the crumble mix and optionally sprinkle with sugar on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the fruits start to boil and the crust becomes golden and crispy.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve with a cup of ice cream!Good appetite! 🙂
