Sunt un fan deserturi pe care le faci si le poti avea la micul dejun, brunch sau alaturi de cafea, atunci cand nu vrei un mic dejun foarte bogat. Asa ca a venit timpul sa testam o noua banana bread, o varianta sanatoasa cu ovaz si miere.

Ce imi place foarte tare la banana bread este ca e pufoasa, e usor de servit alaturi de ceai, cafea, este un desert perfect, o poti servi si cu nutella sau unt de arahide, daca esti fan toping-uri. 🙂

Cum se pastreaza?

Banana bread sau in general chec-urile sau prajiturile fara creme, imi place sa le pastrez pentru mai multe zile si am doua modalitati ce imi permit sa tin deserturile in siguranta pentru mai mult timp: fie o tin in frigider, invelita in hartie sau o punga vidata, fie o feliez si o pun la congelator si atunci cand vreau ceva dulce, doar o las 20-30 minute la temperatura camerei sau o bag 1 minut la cuptorul cu microunde.

Ingredients

  • 2 banana mari si coapte + 1 pentru topping (optional)
  • 80 ml ulei
  • 170 g miere
  • 1/2 cana fulgi de ovaz
  • 225 g faina
  • 2 oua
  • 60 ml lapte la alegere
  • 2 lingurite praf de copt
  • 2 lingurite scortisoara
  • 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
  • un praf de sare

Instructions

  • Preincalzeste cuptorul la 160 grade Celsius.
  • Intr-un bol combina miere si uleiul. Adauga ouale, laptele, vanilie si cele doua banane pisate in prealabil. Amesteca sa combini.
  • Adauga faina cernuta, praful de copt, sarea, scortisoasa si fulgii de ovaz. Amesteca pana combini totul.
  • Pregateste o tava de chec cu hartie de copt si toarna compozitia obtinuta.
  • Da la cuptor pentru aproximativ 1h sau pana cand atunci cand introduci o scobitoare iese curata.
  • Lasa 15 minute sa se raceasca in tava, apoi transfera pe un gratar de racire si serveste cu drag! 🙂

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas + 1 for topping (optional)
  • 80 ml oil
  • 170 g honey
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 225 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 ml milk of choice
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 160 Celsius degrees.
  • In a large bowl mix together honey and oil. Add eggs, milk , vanilla essence and smashed banana. Mix to combine.
  • Add the sifted flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt into the composition and mix until all combined.
  • Prepare a tray with baking paper and pour the composition. Top with extra banana sliced in half and extra oats.
  • Bake for 1h or until when you insert a toothpick it comes out clean.
  • Allow 15 minutes to cool and then enjoy! 🙂
